From the series Meols Common through the seasons 2018. The grass was straw-like and only some of the distant trees added a touch of green. A serious rain shower had just passed and was now subjecting Liverpool to a deluge. The dark sky however served to highlight the whitewash of the building reflecting the low strong low. The original sketch and colour palette were executed outdoors and I was frozen!
