I enjoyed an outing with Liverpool Urban Sketchers last Saturday. We were based at the World Museum in William Brown Street . I climbed to the top floor where there is a wonderful panoramic view of the city. Even though it was a tad ambitious I couldn’t resist trying to sketch the skyline of the city from this unusual vantage point. My Sketch below. I must say the standard of the artwork on show at the throwdown was of an extremely high standard and it was also good to catch up with quite a few faces I hadn’t seen for a while , especially the ladies from Southport… Good Day Out!
