I have just been  ambushed by a deputation of the students from this year’s holiday in Olhào at a talk I was giving on Urban Sketching. I could see them lurking at the back of the room and when I finished they cornered me and presented me with an absolutely brilliant momento of our week at the Casa Rosa. A photobook consisting of a great selection of work from each of the students alongside photos of our week. I was very touched by this wonderful gesture and will always treasure it. A special thanks must go to Vince Nevin for putting the book together and of course each and every one of the twelve students for their enthusiasm and super artworks.
