Wirral Open Studio Tour is now back in its 6th year, and I have my studio open on Saturday the 13th June from 10am – 5pm, and Sunday 14th June from 11am-5pm.

The event encourages the general public to visit Artists’ studios across the Wirral. There are 46 this year and they include sculptors, textile artists, jewellers, photographers, as well as painters and printers like myself.

Some people find visiting art galleries a little intimidating, but the informal setting of the artist’s home or studio can be a more relaxing experience. It is not a “hard sell” the public are invited to engage with the artists, chat to them about their work and enjoy the experience of seeing the wide variety of local artistic endeavours.
